Job Description

Experience: 5 to 8 years

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a specific focus on the Service Cloud module.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Service Cloud Development:
    • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Implement and maintain Service Cloud functionalities, including case management, knowledge base, and service console customization.
  2. Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Development:
    • Utilize Apex programming language to develop custom functionality within the Salesforce platform.
    • Leverage Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and deliver modern, responsive user interfaces.
  3. Integration:
    • Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
    • Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement robust, scalable solutions.
  4. Custom Component Development:
    • Create custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components to extend the standard functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud.
  5. Service Cloud Optimization:
    • Optimize the performance of Salesforce Service Cloud through code enhancements and best practices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any performance-related issues.
  6. Collaboration and Documentation:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Service Cloud implementations.
  7. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Provide mentorship to junior developers and share knowledge with the broader team.
    • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Service Cloud.
  3. Strong proficiency in Apex programming language and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  4. Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  5. Solid understanding of Service Cloud functionalities, including case management and knowledge base.
  6. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
