📋 Tasks and responsibilities
You will support the business processes and applications used for the development and maintenance of gas, electricity and public lighting networks within a grid operations and asset management environment.
In a programme focused on workforce management and field digitalization, you will act as a Functional Analyst for Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). You will help maintain existing applications, resolve incidents and problems, and contribute to current and upcoming implementation projects.
- Provide corrective and evolutive maintenance for existing Salesforce FSL applications.
- Work closely with project and maintenance teams.
- Manage business analysis activities and translate needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Define use cases and user stories together with business analysts.
- Configure user stories in Salesforce.
- Perform system testing and system integration testing, and support UAT.
- Carry out sanity checks after production releases.
- Support change management through user manuals and release notes.
- Manage user and access administration, including users, profiles, permission sets, queues and groups.
- Handle master data management and bulk updates for items such as service catalog, timesheets and service appointments.
- Coordinate backlog follow-up and prioritisation through JIRA.
- Support demand and maintenance projects while aligning with stakeholders.
Functional environment
The role is centered on Salesforce Field Service Lightning and also involves interaction with several connected systems and tools.

Profile
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Strong understanding of Object Manager, including custom fields, page layouts, Lightning pages and validation rules.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including users, profiles, permission sets and queues.
- Solid experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning core capabilities such as Work Orders, Work Order Line Items, Service Appointments, planning and scheduling, resource assignment, work steps, execution flow and mobile workforce usage.
- Required knowledge of FSL objects such as Work Orders, WOLI, Service Appointments and Timesheets.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Practical knowledge of backlog management in JIRA.
- Experience with functional analysis, use cases and user stories.
- Experience defining and executing test cases, including incident and bug tracking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your message to different audiences.
- Solution-oriented approach with attention to impacts and workable alternatives.
- Service- and business-minded attitude.

- Interest in understanding complex application ecosystems.
