We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance our business operations and customer experience.

You will:

  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.

  • Design and implement advanced Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), focusing on complex pricing models, amendment, renewal, and subscription management logic.

  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

  • Investigate, prototype, and deploy solutions leveraging Salesforce's AI capabilities (e.g., Agentforce, AI-driven segmentation) to modernize GTM and customer processes.

  • Manage daily administration, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce instances.

  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems.

  • Design and implement data structures and signals within Salesforce to enable better AI/ML implementations

  • Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to ensure best practices.

Your team will:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering with business stakeholders to deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with the wider organization's best interests.

  • Drive the continuous improvement and enhancement of the existing Salesforce platform, focusing on re-engineering core processes to support company growth and maintain data integrity.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Salesforce with various internal and third-party systems using web service APIs (REST, SOAP, BULK).

About you:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture with a focus on GTM systems such as Lead-to-Order and Quote-to-Cash.

  • Strong proficiency in Apex,Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.

  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Deep expertise with Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, particularly in complex Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) implementation.

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDII).

  • Demonstrated experience with AI-driven transformations in CRM and GTM systems, including using data to enable predictive and prescriptive capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SDLC process (Waterfall and Agile) and Agile Scrum Methodology experience.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered development, testing, and DevOps tools (e.g. Cursor Prompts).

  • Experience designing or developing specialized AI agents for Salesforce operational efficiency, such as code review, governor limit checking, or automating test case creation.

  • Knowledge of cross-system AI analysis to address integration issues in a multi-solution MarTech/GTM landscape.

  • Good understanding of Salesforce CRM governor limits and the ability to optimize code to respect those limits.

  • Experience with CI/CD DevOps tools and automation.
