Senior Salesforce Digital Engagement Manager

Location: Applicant should be based in Denmark or Sweden.

We're searching for a skilled Salesforce Account Engagement & Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our Global Salesforce team. If you're passionate about Salesforce & digital customer journeys, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love solving puzzles, then we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the creation and maintenance of our customer journey flow.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand new requirements and align on prioritization.

• Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce platform.

• Work closely with the commercial team to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce journey solutions.

• Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion.

Personal skills:

• Proactive, self-managed, and adaptable with a positive attitude in a fast-paced working environment.

• Eager to learn new things and develop skills.

• Team player, with strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills – other languages are a plus.

• Interest in learning about business processes and systems.

Functional skills:

• Solid experience working within Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement

• Salesforce Certification in Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement

• Salesforce Administrator is a plus, but not required.

• Experience in Project Management or Project Teams.
