As part of Groupe BPCE’s international division, Natixis in Portugal designs and delivers solutions for its two core areas – Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management – as well as transversal services that support all entities across the Group.

Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its TE&S (Tech Expertise and Solution) team, within the IT (Information Technologies) department.

As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to design, develop and deploy complex Salesforce solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • Architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
  • Providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams of developers, architects and analysts.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior developers and conducting code reviews.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Developing and implementing best practices for Salesforce development, integration and deployment.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including third-party APIs.
  • Writing and executing unit and integration tests.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services and middleware.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect are preferred.
  • Experience leading teams and providing technical leadership.
  • Proficient in English (mandatory).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Para além disso, o Centro Tecnológico visa impulsionar os processos de inovação do Grupo, pelo desenvolvimento de projetos de I&D para desenvolvimento de novas soluções para o setor financeiro.

O centro tecnológico idealizado para Portugal será estruturado como uma extensão de todas as atividades de TI do Grupo e dos diversos segmentos de negócio (Retail, Corporate and Investment Bank e Central Function). O projeto ATLAS teve o seu início em março de 2017 com o arranque da sua operação no Porto e contratação de primeiros recursos humanos altamente qualificados. As novas instalações foram formalmente inauguradas a 07/03/2018.
