What You'll do:

- Take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce solutions, from technical design and implementation to unit testing and deployment.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

- Configure Salesforce components and deliver parameterization aligned with business requirements and development standards.

- Build and maintain integrations using APIs, real-time event patterns, and secure data exchange practices.

- Develop dynamic customer experiences using AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and advanced SQL.

- Design and optimize Data Cloud data models, ingestion pipelines, transformation rules, identity resolution, and unified customer profiles.

- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including solution designs and specifications.

- Define, execute, and review unit tests and test cases, troubleshoot defects, and implement high-quality fixes.

- Ensure solutions comply with GDPR/CCPA regulations, consent management requirements, and data security best practices.

- Optimize automation workflows, performance, and error handling across Marketing Cloud applications, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives.

Who You Are:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, ingestion, transformation, identity resolution, and customer data unification.

- Strong experience with Marketing Cloud technologies, including AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and API-based integrations.

- Solid understanding of secure integration architectures, real-time event processing, PII protection, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and consent management.

- Experience writing technical documentation, defining test cases, executing unit tests, and resolving defects.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international teams.

- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Technical Architect (CTA) are considered a strong advantage.

- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with two days per week in our Lisbon office.
