Senior Salesforce Developer1

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce architecture, along with the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Lightning Aura Components.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud features.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Develop reusable components and frameworks.
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, admins, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
• Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Flows & Triggers
  • Visualforce
  • REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with:
  • Salesforce integrations
  • Platform Events
  • Batch Apex / Queueable Apex
  • Git/version control
  • CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of:
  • Salesforce security model
  • Sharing rules
  • Governor limits
  • Data modeling
    

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce App Builder
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern frontend development
• Exposure to enterprise-scale CRM implementations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
