Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce applications that drive business success. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.
  • Support deployment activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth release cycles.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I & II).
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven Salesforce features and automation.
