We are looking for a high-performing Senior Salesforce Business Analystto support the Lead to Contract Portfolio Owner. As part of the Blackbaud ITRevenue Enablementteam, this Analystis required toanalyze,transformandultimately resolvethe business problems to further enable the various parts of Blackbaud to function efficiently and the company to meet their goals.
Whatyou’llbe doing
Develop,designand communicate existing processes. Incorporate business,systemand data flows. Include key metrics that support both areas of efficiency and inefficiency
Design and document scalable solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and automation.
Collaborate with developers and architects to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Create andmaintaindetailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation to support system enhancements and integrations
Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and ensure data integrity across systems.
Participate in solution design reviews andprovidetechnical guidance to ensure best practices are followed.
Support UAT, deployment planning, and post-implementation validation.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and industry trends; proactively recommend improvements.
Contribute to the Salesforce roadmap and long-term platform strategy in collaboration with the Portfolio Owner
Whatwe’llwant you tohave
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in technical solutioning and platform configuration.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ(AgentforceRevenue Managementa plus), including declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and data model design.
Strong understanding or experience with process definition methodologies
Highlyproficiencywith Microsoft Visio and/or other modeling tools, as well as Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
History and knowledge of data analysis to support proposed process definition,monitoradherence, and communicate performance results
Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst Certification, Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, or Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
A history of progressive responsibilities in the administration of information systems
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, a plus if related to its application in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities
Ability to deliver work which meets allminimumstandards of quality,securityand operability.
