To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.

To be successful as a Salesforce Automation Tester , you should have experience with:
Salesforce Platform Expertise: •Experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) • Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data model • Knowledge of Salesforce security model, workflows, and process automation • Experience with Salesforce integrations and API testing
Test Automation & Programming: • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java • Proficiency in test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber) • Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipeline integration • API testing expertise using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools
Testing Methodologies: • Strong test case design and execution capabilities • Expertise in regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing • Experience with agile testing methodologies and sprint-based delivery • Knowledge of test data management and environment setup
Tools & Technologies: • Proficient in JIRA for test management and defect tracking • Experience with Confluence for test documentation • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab) • Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
