Relativity is seeking a Senior Salesforce Application Administrator – CPQ to own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and scalability of our Salesforce CPQ platform. This role sits on the Financial Applications team and reports to the Manager, Financial Applications. You will partner closely with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, and other technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions—especially new products, packaging, and pricing initiatives—while maintaining platform health and supporting internal users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with other Financial Applications administrators, Salesforce admins, developers/engineers, and technical analysts toalign onsolution design, release readiness, and shared platform standards.

  • Contribute strategic input andparticipatein CPQ and pricing/packaging roadmap planning, including evaluating tradeoffs,identifyingrisks, and recommending scalable platform approaches.

  • Provide guidance and light mentorship to more junior administrators (within Financial Applications and the broader Salesforce adminteam), including peer reviews, best-practice coaching, and support for consistent configuration standards.

  • Alongside other CPQ Admins, lead CPQ solution design for new pricing initiatives, working with technical analysts to translate business requirements into scalable configurations.

  • Administer and enhance Salesforce CPQ (product catalog, bundles, pricing, renewals/amendments) including Advanced Approvals.

  • Build andmaintainscalable products and pricing/packaging models that enableaccuratequoting and a clean downstream order/billing experience.

  • Design and implement complex automation and calculations using Price Rules, Product Rules, Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP), andFlowsto support subscription pricing,proration,discounting,and multi-year scenarios.

  • Design CPQ solutions with awareness of downstream systems and integrations (including Zuora), partnering with integration owners to ensure changes are compatible with existing quote-to-cash flows.

  • Alongside Technical Analysts, manage CPQ delivery lifecycle for project-based work: intake and requirements, solution design, documentation, build, unit testing, UAT coordination, deployment, and post-release support.

  • Support disciplined delivery practices including work intake and tracking (e.g.Jira), and reliable deployment processes for CPQ changes (e.g.usingProdlyfor metadata and data deployments where applicable).

  • Provide daily CPQ administration and internal user support (triage and resolve tickets), troubleshoot issues end-to-end, perform root-cause analysis, and address tech debt and platform health items.

  • Create and maintain CPQ documentation, communicating changes tovariousinternal teams as needed.

  • Serve as a CPQ and quote-to-cash subject-matter expert, collaborating acrossDeal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance,and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and scalable operating practices.

  • Ensure security and compliance: profiles/permission sets, field-level security, audit readiness, and adherence to data handling standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with full-cycle Salesforce CPQ design and development in a production environment (from requirements through deployment and support).

  • 3+ years of experiencedeveloping onSalesforce Sales Cloud, including automation and configuration supporting sales processes.

  • Deep hands-onexpertisewith Salesforce CPQ features including product/bundle setup, Product Rules, Price Rules, discounting, renewals/amendments, and Advanced Approvals.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS quote-to-cash (packaging, subscription pricing, quoting, approvals, contracting, ordering, renewals) and how CPQ changes impact downstream systems (e.g.ZuoraBilling, Zuora Revenue, Workday Financials).

  • Experience building andmaintainingcomplex automation using Flows and CPQ tooling; working knowledge of SOQL and the Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) for advanced quoting logic.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and prioritization skills, with experience balancing project-based delivery with daily maintenance and support.

  • Experience supporting and delivering solutions for a mid-size to largeorganization(e.g.500+ employees) andvariousinternal stakeholder groups.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator (formerly Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist)and Salesforce Administrator certificationstronglypreferred.

  • Experience supporting enterprise Salesforceorgswith large user populations (e.g.500+ active users) and complex cross-functional processes.

  • Experience working in environments integrated with billing/subscription platforms such as Zuora and understanding integration impacts when designing CPQ solutions.

  • Experience with deployment and release tooling, includingProdlyfor metadata and data deployments; familiarity with data quality practices and tools (e.g.Data Loader) is a plus.

  • Experience using Jira (or similar tools) for project delivery, backlog management, and operational support workflows.

  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, or usage-based pricing models.

  • Experience creating training, enablement content, and lightweight governance processes for admin teams.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

173 000 and 259 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
