Job Description

Senior Salesforce Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize a mature, heavily automated Salesforce environment spanning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems through scalable Salesforce configuration, automation, reporting, and integrations. You will partner closely with teams across Sales, Client Success, Finance, Marketing, and IT to improve workflows, maintain data integrity, and support business-critical processes.

Our environment includes extensive Flow automation, legacy process rationalization, and integrations with platforms including NetSuite (via Celigo/ integrator.io), marketing automation systems, telephony, e-signature solutions, and productivity tools.

We also actively leverage AI-assisted tooling in our Salesforce workflows and are especially interested in candidates who already use AI tools to improve administration, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
  • Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, security, and sharing settings.
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flow automations, including record-triggered, scheduled, screen, and HTTP callout flows.
  • Support the cleanup and migration of legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards supporting pipeline visibility, operational reporting, and subscription revenue metrics (MRR/ARR/churn).
  • Administer Case Management workflows, assignment rules, and service automation processes.
  • Own and maintain integrations between Salesforce and connected platforms such as NetSuite, Celigo/ integrator.io, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Dialpad, PDF Butler, Apollo, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Configure and troubleshoot API- and webhook-based integrations.
  • Support deployments and release management activities across sandboxes and production environments using change sets, Metadata API, and Salesforce CLI.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene through validation rules, audits, de-duplication, and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide documentation, training, and operational support.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in complex, heavily automated environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Flow automation.
  • Hands-on administration experience with both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience managing third-party integrations and API/webhook-based syncs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, roles, and sharing models.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards for operational and business reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations and middleware platforms such as Celigo/ integrator.io
  • Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Dialpad, PDF Butler, Apollo, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployments using Metadata API and Salesforce CLI.
  • Experience supporting subscription-based business metrics including MRR, ARR, and churn.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools in Salesforce administration workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Platform Developer I certification.
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, marketing, or agency environments.
  • Exposure to low-code/no-code automation best practices and RevOps workflows.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred — or equivalent practical experience.
