Your future contribution

In this role, you will help scale, optimise and embed Salesforce as a key platform for Interhome’s operational and customer-facing processes. Your work will directly contribute to the successful implementation of Salesforce across business units, connected systems and user groups. You will be part of the Interhome Tech team, while at the same time working embedded in the Salesforce engineering team of the HomeToGo Group.

You will design and deploy intelligent workflows that integrate advanced AI solutions both within Salesforce and across our broader tech ecosystem with full end-to-end process ownership.

What you'll tackle first

How you’ll add value

• Own the operational planning, architecture, and end-to-end execution of complex Salesforce solutions to ensure scalable system stability.
• Drive the integration of advanced AI workflows and custom agents within Salesforce and broader operational processes to continuously improve team efficiency.
• Deliver major cross-functional projects, including company migrations and process implementations and improvements within established quarterly timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional business stakeholders to translate strategic business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide expert-level technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members to foster their continuous professional growth.

You’ll be successful in this role if you

• Possess 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience, with deep expertise in Sales and Service Cloud configurations.
• Can design advanced automation solutions using Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, and Custom Objects with high autonomy.
• Demonstrate practical experience integrating AI technologies (e.g AgentForce, EinsteinAI), custom automation agents, or SOTA LLM workflows into business processes.
• Communicate exceptionally well in English to act as a clear technical bridge across international, cross-functional teams.
• Build robust technical designs with practical exposure to Apex development, Custom integrations, or agile development practices.
