We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and IT teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions, enhance business processes, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, security, permissions, and data governance
• Maintain platform health, performance, and stability across Salesforce environments
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Flows, automation, validation rules, and integrations
• Support and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud/portals, and Agentforce capabilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver CRM enhancements
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs that support operational and leadership decision-making
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including ERP platforms and iPaaS tools such as Workato
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration-related issues
• Promote Salesforce best practices, user adoption, training, and documentation
• Lead CRM-related projects from planning through implementation
Qualifications
• 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments
• Strong expertise with Salesforce Flows, security, reporting, and data management
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and iPaaS platforms (Workato preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced Salesforce certifications
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, or customer portals
• Experience with ERP integrations and enterprise data flows
• Exposure to Data Cloud, AI, Agentforce, and advanced analytics
• ITIL or Service Management experience
Work Environment
Hybrid, remote, or office-based work environment. Occasional after-hours support may be required for upgrades, releases, and critical business operations.
