
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, installation, and ongoing optimization of the Salesforce platform at an enterprise level. This role supports a Salesforce ecosystem including CRM and Education Cloud, and plays a key role in governance, release management, and user adoption. Specifically responsible for partnering closely with business analysts, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions; maintaining high data quality standards; ensuring the organization maximizes value from its Salesforce investment; and emphasizes promoting Salesforce best practices, maintaining high data quality standards, delivering simple and scalable solutions, and remaining adaptable to evolving business priorities.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
BA BS degree (or equivalent experience and certification)
At least 10 years of experience as a system administrator, at least 4 years within a Salesforce environment.
Must have a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
Must have system administration experience in all functions such as EDA, user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, case management, and capacity and storage management of an enterprise platform (preferably Salesforce).
Experience working in Agile Development Methodology Understanding of scrum, sprinting, stories, pointing, ceremonies, and engagement with Product Owner.
Experience with project management tools, like JIRA.
Exposure to Salesforce apps such as Conga, Demand Tools, and Form Builder
Must have experience administering enterprise CRM systems, managing projects, and leading process.
Ability to learn new systems as a system administrator quickly
Ability to work one-on-one with customers from all levels of the organization.
Must be comfortable delivering end user training; as well as experience creating documentation and training materials.
Familiarity with standard Salesforce objects and best practices on their usage – Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Cases, Reporting and Dashboards, etc.
Must have a good understanding and usage Salesforce reports, views, workflow rules, approval processes, validation rules, record types, and page layouts.
Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to bring an enterprise perspective to solution design and problem-solving.
Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results.
Ability to anticipate and embrace change; demonstrate willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks; and is flexible in changing conditions.
HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK
Possible nights and/or weekend work during deployments.
Requires work onsite a minimum of 3 days a week; the on-campus requirement is subject to modification based on organizational need.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS YOU MAY HAVE
This is an exempt position with the following pay range: $115,184 - $127,982; the role is also eligible for bonuses based on performance and budget.
