Job Description

At Shiftmove, we’re building the next generation of connected mobility products that empower businesses to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Our goal is to make complex operations intuitive and efficient, turning insights into impactful action for thousands of B2B customers across Europe. Join our growing RevOps team!

We are looking for an experienced strong (Senior) Salesforce Administrator with strong CPQ expertise to support and optimise our Salesforce environment within a fast-growing SaaS organisation.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success, ensuring Salesforce supports how the business actually sells and manages customers.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working with GTM teams in a subscription SaaS environment. You should understand how Account Executives and Account Managers operate, and be able to translate commercial processes into scalable Salesforce configuration.

Experience supporting CRM migrations, integrations, or system consolidation during acquisitions will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Governance: Own the end-to-end optimization of Salesforce CPQ, translating complex commercial strategies into sophisticated product bundles, pricing logic, and automated approval workflows.
  • Quote-to-Cash Alignment: Ensure the CPQ engine accurately reflects real-world pricing structures and contract processes, streamlining the journey from initial quote to finance-ready data.
  • Scalable System Design: Lead the evolution of our core data structures and Flow automations, ensuring the platform is built for long-term performance rather than just short-term fixes.
  • Migration & M&A Leadership: Act as the technical lead for CRM migrations and system consolidations, maintaining a robust, unified data model during global expansions and entity onboardings.
  • GTM Strategic Advisor: Partner directly with Sales, RevOps, and Finance leadership to translate high-level business requirements into scalable technical configurations.
  • Revenue Operations Synergy: Collaborate with Data and RevOps teams to ensure seamless system alignment, focusing on pipeline visibility and high-fidelity reporting across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • System Integrity & Performance: Drive high standards for data quality and system health, ensuring the platform remains a "source of truth" that GTM teams actually trust and adopt.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and eliminate friction points within the Salesforce ecosystem, moving beyond maintenance to champion continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

  • Deep Salesforce Administration, with a track record of navigating complex orgs.
  • Demonstrable experience working with Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle
  • Experience supporting CRM migrations or integrations is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Change Management: Experience leading CRM integrations or migrations, ideally within the context of M&A or rapid scale-ups.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong professional English.

Don't meet 100% of these requirements, but really interested in the job. Please apply anyway and the TA team will take a look at your application!
