About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Trainer. You will be responsible for boosting the sales and KAM teams' capabilities through targeted training. Create onboarding programs, deliver training on key skills, develop training roadmaps, and collaborate with teams to enhance product knowledge. It also involves assessing training effectiveness and recommending improvements.
Responsibilities
Design and implement onboarding programs for new sales staff
Deliver training focused on selling, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as soft skills relevant to the company's products
Develop commercial training roadmaps and Sales/KAM individual development plans
Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to enhance product and process knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years in sales training and development
Proven track record in sales
Experience in the food supply chain or tech industry is highly desirable
Experience in designing and implementing sales training programs
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies; exceptional presentation and communication skills
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with strong leadership and motivational abilities.
Proficient in using training technologies and tools (e.g., e-learning platforms, CRM systems)
Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Organized with strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams
Adaptable and open to continuous learning and development; strong problem-solving skills
