Role Definition

  • This role provides our dealers and customers with a primary point of contact to help facilitate velocity transactions for machines financing and Cat Commercial Account.


Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end lease services process for the assigned region, ensuring seamless execution of lease administration activities, customer support, and operational coordination throughout the lease lifecycle, while partnering with internal teams on credit decisions, lease booking, and end-of-lease extension activities

  • Legal Intake – helps manage process of customers and dealers amending existing contract documentation for specific transactions.

  • Focus on velocity transactions by providing support for our dealers and customers at the point of sale, helping to increase PINS, PODD, dealer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.

  • Consultant to our dealers and customers on aftermarket financing solutions with a focus on Cat Commercial Account, promoting financing offers, and developing go to market strategies with our dealers.


Skill Required

  • Finance and Accounting: Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
  • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Loan Origination: Knowledge of the skills, methods and technologies used to process new loan applications; ability to perform loan origination activities while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Additional Information:

This position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range

$94,728.00 -$151,572.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
