Role Definition
Supports and drives achievement of the rebuilds business plan by monitoring the business and generating recommendations that contribute to both short-term and long-term initiatives. Leads the growth strategy for machine and component rebuilds across the Southern Cone, connecting dealer commercial and service teams to increase the capture of rebuild, repair, and lifecycle solutions opportunities. Focuses on market development, go-to-market strategy creation, strengthening dealer capabilities, and driving high-value consultative sales to maximize customer lifecycle value and business growth.
Responsibilities
• Consulting with the product groups, districts, and dealers in developing and implementing customer solutions designed to maximize product value and price.
• Designing correct business plan shortfalls and capitalizing on identified incremental sales opportunities.
• Resolving issues related to the products and overall commercial performance in the territory;
• Developing new prospects, establishing customers, and finding opportunity to introduce an organization's products and services.
Skill Descriptors
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Pre-Advanced English / Intermediate Spanish
Desired requirements:
- Aftermarket experience
- Machine/Component (engine, drive train and hydraulics) rebuilds and repair knowledge
- Mining and/or Construction experience
- Go-to-Market development experience
Additional information:
- Travel expectation is 75%
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
