Join a global leader in medical technology and play a key role in growing our Peripheral Infusion Products & Vascular Access business. This opportunity offers exposure to product launches, hospital account management, distributor partnerships, and strategic commercial initiatives that directly impact patient care outcomes.
As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will drive the growth of BD's Peripheral Infusion Products and Vascular Access portfolio across Hong Kong. Working closely with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distribution partners, you will be responsible for expanding market presence, supporting product adoption, and delivering sustainable business growth through strategic account management and commercial excellence.
This role offers exposure to innovative medical technologies and the opportunity to contribute to new product launches while partnering with key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
Drive sales performance and maximize product distribution across assigned territories to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare institutions, and relevant market segments.
Develop and execute territory plans to increase product adoption and market penetration.
Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and distribution partners.
Collaborate with distributors to support sales growth, account development, and market expansion initiatives.
Deliver product presentations, training, and educational programs to customers and channel partners.
Support tender opportunities and commercial projects across assigned accounts.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure timely and effective execution of tender submissions where applicable.
Monitor contract opportunities, customer requirements, and market developments to support business growth.
Support the introduction and adoption of new products, including NFC, Heparin Flush, IV Catheters, and CVA products.
Execute marketing initiatives, educational events, workshops, and customer engagement activities.
Partner with marketing teams to implement local business plans and achieve commercial objectives.
Provide timely updates on market dynamics, customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
Gather customer insights and identify opportunities to strengthen BD's market position and product portfolio.
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of sales and marketing experience within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
Proven ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to driving business growth.
Experience in tender management within the healthcare or medical device industry.
Experience managing or working with distributors and channel partners
Experience in vascular access, infusion therapy, critical care, or hospital consumables portfolios.
Product launch or market development experience.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
