About Construction – Emerging Business (AEO&M)

Autodesk is redefining construction for a connected, data-driven future through its emerging business in AEO (Architecture, Engineering, and Operations) and Manufacturing. With Forma Build at the core, this portfolio brings together design intelligence, planning, and construction execution into a unified ecosystem. It bridges early-stage design, preconstruction insights, and field execution—enabling teams to make better decisions earlier and carry those insights through the entire project lifecycle.

By connecting stakeholders across office, site, and operations, Autodesk empowers owners, designers, and builders to collaborate more seamlessly, reduce fragmentation, and unlock predictive, outcome-based workflows. This next-generation approach helps teams improve certainty, accelerate delivery, and drive more sustainable, efficient project outcomes in an increasingly complex built environment.

This is a high-impact, fast-evolving space where we are making big impact. We're looking for highly motivated teammates who thrive in ambiguity, bring a strong bias for execution, and show grit in turning vision into results. The ideal candidates are team-first builders-people who elevate those around them, lean into challenges and are energized by shaping new markets alongside passionate drive colleagues.

Join us if you're ready to build something bigger.
