  • Responsible for sales revenue growth of Chromatography product.

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.

  • Lead the preparation, submission, tracking and closing of quotations and proposal.

  • Manage and respond to customer opportunities, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant applications and value proposition and the ability to effectively articulate these internally and to prospects and customers.

  • Collect market information/data (competition, pricing, new products, technologies, trends, etc.)

  • Make sales presentations to customers; Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis, research of customer requirements.

  • Responsible for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.

  • Collaborate with Service in supporting and meet customers’ requirements

Academic Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree or master’s in chemistry.

Work Experience & Requirement:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in total chromatography products; GC/ GCMS.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience in basic application testing and able to understand technical issues related to Chrom. (hands-on).

  • Persuasive, persistent, methodical; able to present winning sales arguments to customers and handle objections.

  • Good interpersonal skills in both verbal and written English.

  • Have own transport and willing to travel domestic and overseas.

  • Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint,
