About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Solution Senior Consultant in the Treasury market. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting presales activities across Europe. Partnering closely with Treasury Sales Executives, you’ll help drive business development with prospects and existing clients. Your expertise will be key in uncovering client needs, identifying product gaps, and delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that showcase optimal solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales team to generate and close pipeline and deliver on quarterly / annual quota. Providing in-depth subject matter expertise across the entire investor services lifecycle. The Investor Services Sales Solutions Consultant will perform the following tasks:
Responding to RFIs and RFPs with precision and insight
Qualifying and supporting the closure of sales opportunities
Delivering impactful service demonstrations and use-case walkthroughs
Addressing both technical and business presales challenges, especially in treasury
Translating client requirements into tailored FIS treasury solutions
Assisting project managers with solution planning and cost estimation
Contributing to regional business development campaigns focused on treasury
Sharing best practices and thought leadership in treasury technology
Presenting confidently and engaging effectively with diverse audiences
Leading by example and fostering a collaborative team environment.
What You Bring:
• Proven 8-10+ years experience in presales or solution definition roles within corporate treasury
• Strong understanding of sales processes, complex deal cycles, and SaaS sales
• Consulting background with excellent business communication skills
• A results-driven mindset with high personal accountability
• Innovative thinking, a proactive attitude, and a fast-learning curve
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across global regions
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, including teamwork and negotiation
• Adaptability to meet the evolving needs of a sales-driven organization
• Solid knowledge of treasury best practices and technologies.
