What You Can Expect

As a Senior Sales Represenative, part of the Paragon28 team, you will be required to be a results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in sales and account management. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The key focus of this role is to develop and grow a sales territory for P28 in the UK and to provide expert and clinical support in the operating room on the appropriate safe use of the P28 product portfolio.

How You'll Create Impact

• Support & educate all customers (surgeons & theatre staff) with all elements of P28 instruments & implants in surgical cases.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Paragon 28 business on your territory.
• Carry out clinical training sessions for customers in theatre.
• Carry out clinical training sessions for surgeons in theatre and also in regional meetings/audit days.
• Attend internal training sessions and participate in all UK & overseas based clinical training.
• Attend internal quarterly/yearly sales meetings with regional & national P28 team members.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing organisation to coordinate any product related feedback.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Significant medical sales experience within the Medical Devices sector
• Strong clinical knowledge of Orthopeadics or Anatomical understanding
• Orthopaedic implant product experience/ knowledge
• Experience working effectively in the Operating room

Your Background

• Bachelors Degree, or equivalent, in Business or Technical related subjects
• A self-starter with with a deep knowledge of Medical Device products
• Customer orienatetd mindset focused on building relationships
• Strong, effective and credible communicator at all levels
• Builds and develops strong relationships both internally and externally with key stakeholders
• Sound organization and administration skills

Travel Expectations

Travel throughout assigned region with occasional overnight travel required.
