Responsibilities:
• Expand key account network and search for new business opportunities;
• Maintain and develop relationship with Kols and hospital management members ;
• Work closely with marketing team to explore more business opportunities ;
• Support key projects / tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors;
• Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs;
• Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers’ requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities;
• Enhance Mindray Product recognition in the local Market ;
• Work close with key clients, decision makers and hospitals in the region.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical related disciplines is preferred;
• At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing of PMLS products(e.g. monitor, anesthesia machine, ventilator, surgical products etc.) or in related sphere of medical device industry
• Experienced in working with end users and key clients
• Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
• Be able to travel frequently.
