Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, mentoring junior sales staff, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Calls and Demos: Conduct effective sales calls and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product or service. Use persuasive communication skills to address prospect questions and objections, and highlight how the offering can meet their needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales opportunities using CRM software. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, activities, and progress with prospects. Prioritize leads and manage your time effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing Employ strong negotiation skills to create win-win situations and close deals. Understand prospect budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to navigate through the sales cycle and secure contracts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the success team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and maintain a cohesive sales strategy.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve the sales approach and optimize the product offering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders and to effectively articulate complex concepts in a simple and concise manner.
  • Self-starter with a passion for building relationships and achieving results.
  • Experience with CRM tools and strong organizational skills.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM
  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam
  • A noise-canceling USB headset
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space
  • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
