We are currently looking for a passionate and ambitious Senior Sales Representative to join our Joint Replacement division in Istanbul (Turkey), focusing on our Hip & Knee portfolio
Stryker’s Joint Replacement business is a leader in orthopedic innovation, combining advanced implant technologies and robotic-assisted solutions to help restore mobility and enhance quality of life for patients worldwide.
In this field-based role, you will directly support surgeons and healthcare professionals with innovative technologies that restore mobility and improve quality of life. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, shape customer partnerships, and make a meaningful impact in operating rooms across Istanbul.
What you will do
Build and execute a territory sales plan aligned to defined revenue targets and customer needs for our Joint Replacement (JR) product portfolio.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase market share within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and key opinion leaders to drive adoption of Hip & Knee solutions.
Provide in-operating room support and product expertise to ensure effective usage of JR technologies.
Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals to improve clinical and commercial outcomes.
Partner with internal teams to manage product availability, inventory levels, and timely delivery to customers.
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to adjust sales strategies and achieve targets.
Represent Stryker at congresses, trade fairs, and professional events to expand network and brand presence.
What you need
Required:
Diploma/degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of sales experience within medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry.
Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
Proven customer focus and ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.
Demonstrated consultative selling approach and commercial acumen.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver commitments within timelines.
Adaptable, organized and analytically minded.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
Experience in orthopedics, surgical sales, or joint replacement (Hip & Knee).
Experience supporting tenders, contract negotiations, and commercial proposals.
Knowledge of the Turkish public and private healthcare systems and funding structures.
Experience providing clinical support in an operating room environment.
Additional Information
Field-based role located in Istanbul, Turkey.
Travel requirement: approximately 50% within the Greater Istanbul area and outside the region as required.
Requires regular presence in hospitals and operating rooms.
