As a Senior Sales Representative – Cardiovascular Electrophysiology, you will be responsible for driving commercial success and expanding Medtronic’s presence across the Adriatic region (Bosnia & Herzegovina). You will work closely with channel partners, healthcare stakeholders, and internal teams to drive therapy development, optimize distribution strategies, and unlock market potential and deliver sustainable growth.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Promote and sell the Cardiovascular Electrophysiologyproduct portfoliowithin the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding defined sales targets
Develop, build, andmaintainlong-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, surgeons, and hospital decision-makers
Identifyand pursue new business opportunities by proactively generating leads, assessing customer needs, and positioning tailored solutions
Provide high-quality product education, clinical support, and training to healthcare professionals and distributor teams
Collaborate with partners to ensure effective execution of sales activities, product launches, and market development initiatives
Conduct ongoing market analysis, including customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, toidentifygrowth opportunities
Implement and adapt market development strategies and sales plans aligned with regional and business objectives
Ensure consistent pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting,maintainingvisibility on business performance
Represent Medtronic professionally, ensuring alignment with company values, quality standards, and patient focus
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
4+ years proven experience in medical device sales, preferablycardiovascular electrophysiologyor similar
Strongtrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets in multi-country environments
Experience working with distributors and indirect sales models
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust with clinicians and business stakeholders
Fluency in English (written and spoken) isrequired
Native-levelproficiencyin Croatian or Serbian (written and spoken)
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with high accountability
Ability to work effectively across diverse markets within theAdriatic region
Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territoryand outside
Valid driver license
