Job Description

  • This is a well-established lumber yard serving customers in the San Francisco Bay Area

What is Being Offered:

  • Flexible compensation, $75K-$100K base + commission

What The Position is About:

  • Achieve or exceed sales goals by calling on contractors, builders, and other commercial customers in the assigned territory
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the building materials industry
  • Lumber industry experience
  • Tech savvy (Excel, Word, ERP system)
