What are we looking for?

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. What do we expect from the candidate?

We expect the successful candidate to have strong sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of identifying new business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service. They should also be able to work independently, collaborate effectively with the team, and contribute to achieving the company's sales and growth objectives.

The key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing and new customer base within the prescribed territory.
• Manage and grow existing customer’s basket of products.
• Manage and grow Bragan product offering by identifying client needs.
• Managing supply contracts with customers.
• Exceed sales budgets.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Report back to management all relevant information (written and verbal).
• Handle and manage all customer enquiries.
• Cold calling.
• Always promote and market Bragan Ingredients in a positive manner.
• Assist Branch Manager with Office Administration.
• Exercise a high degree of self-discipline, confidentiality and demonstrative initiative

If you possess…

Must-Have:

• Matric (Grade 12), and Marketing qualification or any relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business-to-business sales environment.
• 3 – 5 years' experience in food manufacturing/Personal & homecare/Animal feed industry.
• Sales experience in bulk supply and in food science will be advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong negotiation skills and conflict management.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer literate in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and D365.
• Able to compile detailed reports on customer requirements, usages, history etc.
• Good administration skills.
