Your role

As an Account Director, you'll be responsible for growing and strengthening Capgemini's presence within the UK Energy Networks sector. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll build strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and help deliver solutions that create long-term value for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing account growth strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
• Building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Shaping and converting opportunities into secured work by aligning customer needs with Capgemini's capabilities.
• Working collaboratively across teams to deliver successful outcomes and maximise customer satisfaction.

Your profile

You are an experienced account leader with a strong track record of growing strategic customer relationships within engineering, digital or transformation services. You thrive in a relationship-based sales environment, enjoy building networks and influencing stakeholders, and have a proven ability to turn customer demand into commercial success.

We're looking for someone with:

• Demonstrable experience in account management, business development or framework management within engineering, technology, digital or transformation services.
• Strong relationships and industry knowledge within the UK Energy Networks sector.
• A proven track record of identifying opportunities, shaping propositions and securing new business within complex customer environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently at senior levels.
• Strong commercial awareness, coupled with a proactive, customer-centric approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
