About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative responsible for acquiring new customers and meeting sales targets. You will drive customer reach in food supply solutions with a customer-centric and innovative approach. Your role will include generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with B2B clients, specifically targeting restaurants, hotels, and schools with multiple branches.
Responsibilities
Job Scope:
Develop and execute sales strategies for designated segments (chain restaurants, schools, hospitals, and corporates)
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Implement a structured sales process
Monitor and report individual sales metrics
Promote the adoption of the demand aggregation model
Accountability
New customer acquisition or sales target by OKR
Retention from M0 to M1
Qualifications
This role requires 2+ years of experience in the B2B sales field
A proven track record of success throughout the entire sales cycle from planning to closing deals Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and motivation skills
Superb leadership ability
Analytical skills and strategic planning abilities
A self-starter and a fast learner who enjoys challenges and embraces change

This is a full-time position based at office in Bangkok, Thailand (near MRT Phetchaburi)
Regular office hours are from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
