
1.【业绩目标】 负责管理深圳区域,管理好公司人民币业务,其中重点品线(Allevyn/PICO)的业务成长。推动RISE战略
2.【渠道管理】 负责区域内所有经销商的开发及日常管理工作
) 区域中重点经销商进行月度review,聚焦于经销商的进销存管理的合理化以及经销商团队的培训和带教,所辖区域的业务的增长,以达到和超过我们的业务指标要求。
3.【日常销售】 建立3C(关怀、合作、勇敢)的团队文化
1) 及时准确提交周报,发掘并定期修改业务机会。参加团队周会/月度&季度 Review会议。 保证IMS数据的真实有效性和及时性。
) 积极参加区域及公司培训,成绩达标,力争优秀。积极分享成功经验,相互帮助,重点项目上合作推进,关注新同事的成长。
) 日常客户拜访达到 平均>8家客户或>15人次/周有效拜访(工作周),半年内完成>2家KA医院信息表格内容的填写。
4.【市场管理】通过有效的市场活动,宣传SN AWM的品牌效应
1)每个季度所辖区域参与至少 1场大型学术活动。
2)合理合规管理个人差旅费用不超过预算,合理合规的使用公司样品,用于提升客户操作习惯 和品牌知名度。
3)按照公司销售策略,市场和产品策略在所辖区域中积极落地。
