Join our Wholesale team in Malaysia as a Senior Sales / Product Specialist. This role combines sales growth, product expertise and partner training to support business expansion and customer success. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring innovative hearing solutions to market.
Achieve sales targets and develop account plans to drive growth across customers, products and territories
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue, product mix and strategic product adoption
Prepare and conduct product, technical and refresher training sessions for existing and new business partners
Support product launches, seminars, webinars and workshops through demonstrations and product presentations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities while supporting marketing campaigns
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training, Customer Service, Supply Chain and regional teams to support customer needs and clinical initiatives.
University degree in Audiology, Healthcare, Business, Marketing or a related field
More than 5 years of relevant experience in sales, product support or business development
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mindset
Experience communicating technical product information and providing training or demonstrations
Good negotiation, problem solving and objection handling skills with a proactive approach
Good command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is advantageous and willingness to travel extensively for business activities.
