Your new role

As our Senior S&OP Manager, you'll serve as the critical bridge between commercial ambitions and supply chain capabilities, ensuring that patients receive their treatments without interruption. You'll drive demand and supply planning strategies that balance operational efficiency with the urgent need to serve 35 million patients daily across 194 countries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Aligning commercial and supply chain functions to create unified operational strategies that support business growth across diverse markets
  • Coordinating timely product launches in collaboration with commercial and supply teams and actively driving LCM discussions
  • Supporting regions and affiliates to develop bias-controlled demand forecasts that ensure product availability while optimizing inventory efficiency
  • Facilitating inventory levels strategically to prevent stockouts and overstocking, directly impacting patient access and operational costs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, regulatory, finance, and global supply chain teams to achieve shared objectives
  • Implementing sustainable supply chain practices that reduce waste and carbon footprint while maintaining operational excellence
  • Analyzing market trends and patient needs to inform strategic decision-making and adapt quickly to changing conditions
  • Providing expert guidance to colleagues and representing S&OP in cross-departmental and external engagements

As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. Within International Operations, the Demand Planning S&OP team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless integration between commercial strategies and supply chain execution. You'll work at the heart of operations, coordinating with regional and global teams to balance patient needs with operational realities. Your work will directly influence how effectively we deliver treatments to patients worldwide, making you instrumental in our mission to defeat serious chronic diseases.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for an experienced supply chain professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence. You'll bring with you:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, S&OP, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise in demand and supply planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (master’s degree is preferred)
  • Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with commercial, regulatory, and supply chain teams to achieve shared goals
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, patient needs, and operational data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence outcomes across diverse teams and cultures
  • Independence and autonomy in managing complex tasks, with the confidence to make critical decisions and provide guidance to colleagues
  • Understanding of sustainable supply chain practices and a commitment to reducing environmental impact
