Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $120,000 to $135,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do:

You are a strategic operator who helps go-to-market leaders see what is happening, understand why it is happening, and act on what matters most. You turn business questions into clear analysis, practical recommendations, and operating improvements that help sales teams make better decisions and deliver stronger results. Give a $h*t means you do not wait for a perfect handoff or a complete answer. You find the problem, bring the right people together, and own the path to a better outcome.

You are Outcome-Obsessed about the work behind the number, from pipeline health and forecast confidence to seller productivity, account coverage, and operational adoption. You bring useful proposals to leaders, make complex information easier to act on, and measure whether a change actually improved the business.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with go-to-market leaders to translate business goals into performance reviews, KPI analysis, trend reporting, forecast and pipeline insights, and clear recommendations.
• Diagnose performance and operational problems through data, root-cause analysis, stakeholder input, and a practical understanding of how sellers and leaders run the business.
• Own high-impact operational initiatives from current-state discovery and requirements definition through solution design, cross-functional execution, adoption, and measurement of business outcomes.
• Improve sales processes, workflows, CRM hygiene, CPQ quoting practices, rules of engagement, and assignment models while partnering with Systems and other stakeholders on durable solutions.
• Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready insights that give individual contributors, managers, and leaders the visibility they need to make informed decisions.
• Evaluate capacity, meeting and lead distribution, book of business coverage, and related success metrics to identify opportunities that improve productivity, fairness, growth, and accountability.
• Use AI, automation, analytics, and other available tools to build reusable workflows that accelerate analysis, reduce operational friction, and elevate the sales team while applying sound judgment to the outputs.

What You Bring To The Team:

• You have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related business operations role.
• You understand enterprise selling motions and can navigate the operating realities of direct sales, channel sales, and VAR or reseller relationships.
• You have experience partnering with sales leaders, shaping recommendations from incomplete information, and independently driving cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes.
• You understand sales processes, funnel management, forecasting, pipeline inspection, CRM hygiene, CPQ, and the operational levers that influence seller productivity.
• You have experience with Salesforce reporting and can use Excel or Google Sheets to analyze complex data sets and build practical operating tools.
• You can turn analysis into clear, decision-ready communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you proactively identify and solve problems without waiting for permission.
• You use AI and automation tools as part of your operating system, combining multi-step workflows, reusable systems, and human judgment to make analysis, reporting, and sales execution more effective.
