Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee the collection, creation, and maintenance of customer information in CRM/SAP systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • With knowledge on best practices, exercises judgement and lead the preparation and standardization of vendor information and forms to ensure compliance and efficiency in vendor onboarding and management processes.
  • Spearhead the creation, validation, and management of sales contracts, including product/price/discount terms, clauses, and conditions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal standards.
  • Take full ownership and resolves challenges relating to all sales-related contracts in Greater China, including but not limited to Frame Supply Agreements, Purchase Contracts, NDAs, Consignment Contracts, and Distributorship Contracts.
  • Act as a key advisor to the Sales team during contract negotiations, providing strategic legal and commercial insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales to design contracts that align with business targets, volume requirements, and regional needs, ensuring consistency with global standards.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company standards, legal requirements, and regional regulations. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with contracts, escalating critical issues to senior management as needed.
  • Ensure proper adherence to signature and decision-making authorization protocols, engaging corporate sales and global account managers when necessary.
  • Maintain alignment between local contracts and globally applicable agreements, ensuring coherence and compliance across regions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and implement improvements to the sales contract management process to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and deliver Contract Management training programs to empower the Sales team with best practices and compliance knowledge.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to streamline the quote-to-order process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, contract management, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting complex sales organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), with the ability to leverage technology to drive process improvements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • High-energy professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions, fostering alignment and driving results in a matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CCM, CPCM) preferred.
