The Role:
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst, Asia Commercial Finance is responsible for the data integrity and analytical support to various business stakeholders such as Sales and Marketing. This position is based in Noida, India. This position focuses on delivering proactive, action-oriented business partnerships and insights as well as accurate and dynamic financial plans to support high-quality business growth. This role is responsible for Asia (China, Korea, India, ASAEN, and Japan) commission plan management and calculations.

Essential Functions:

  • Acting as a dedicated sales commission policy and process expert in Asia regions, including (1) commission sheet development for each sales, (2) commission accrual and payment calculations, (3) commission analysis to identify errors and discrepancies, (4) collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues with commission calculation and payments, (5) commission report preparation, (6) commission records and documentation maintenance.
  • Support the financial planning and analysis process for Asia Sales commissions, delivering accurate budgets, forecasts, and actionable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Acting as Salesforce and Power BI system administrator related to sales commission reports including basic training, data integrity, and diagnose and resolve various kinds of issues.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Highly proficient in SAP BI, excel, and Power BI
  • Strong attention to detail to produce consistent, high-quality results
  • Superuser experience of Salesforce or equivalent CRM system
  • Strong business acumen and commercial strategy skills
  • Strong executive presentation and interaction skills
  • Demonstrated initiative to implement process improvement
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work productively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Comfortable raising different point of view

Minimum education and work experience required:

  • B.S. degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Management or Finance-related field
  • 5+ years’ progressive finance and/or sales operation / business intelligence related experience
  • Experience with Power BI and Salesforce is preferred
  • Commission / Sales support experience is preferred
