• Proactively promote and sell airline routes, fares, and services via telephone, email, and other communication channels
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans in collaboration with internal departments
• Negotiate, manage, and review incentive agreements with corporate and leisure clients
• Maintain strong commercial relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and tourism partners
• Identify, evaluate, and capitalise on new business opportunities within assigned markets
• Monitor sales performance trends and recommend revenue maximisation strategies
• Manage group bookings and quotations, actively soliciting group and series business
• Assist agencies with booking enquiries, ticketing matters, product issues, and customer service queries
• Request and manage ticketing plates for new agents
• Prepare and circulate commercial advisories and sales notices
• Submit ad hoc performance and sales reports as agreed with airline partners
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and internal systems
• Adapt sales presentations to suit different country markets
• Represent the company at industry functions, trade events, and conferences
• Maintain a high level of product, route, and destination knowledge
• Previous experience within the aviation industry, preferably within an airline or travel agency in a sales-related role
• Proficiency in Amadeus or other airline reservation systems is essential
• Willingness to travel frequently for business
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Additional languages will be considered an asset
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and remain highly organised
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
