About the Client

Our client is a retail crypto platform offering seamless on/off-ramp services for individuals to buy, sell, and swap cryptocurrencies. Operating in over 180 countries, they facilitate transactions through various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. With support for 65+ currencies and crypto-to-crypto swaps, they provide a user-friendly entry point into the crypto world.

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Sales Manager and lead the charge in expanding the US market. This is a fully remote role offering a significant opportunity to close large deals with top-tier US accounts. You'll have the autonomy to build your sales pipeline from the ground up and represent the company at major crypto conferences, all while providing critical market feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently reach out and close Tier 1 US accounts, including wallets, exchanges, and Web3 protocols

  • Build a sales pipeline from scratch, without the support of SDR or inbound leads

  • Represent the company at major US crypto conferences such as Consensus and Token2049 US

  • Transition closed accounts to the Account Management team after onboarding

  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting in the CRM system

  • Provide structured product feedback based on US market signals

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing large B2B deals ($1M+ turnover), with the ability to describe each deal end-to-end

  • Established network with active relationships among Tier 1 US crypto/Web3 decision-makers

  • A hunter mentality, comfortable with building a pipeline from zero

  • Ability to solve complex problems independently, navigating non-standard compliance, product-fit, and onboarding challenges

  • In-depth knowledge of the US crypto/Web3 ecosystem, key players, and on/off-ramp dynamics

  • Physically based in a major US crypto hub (NYC, Miami, SF)
