Role purpose
Effective running of the Suisse Sales Region by developing and monitoring a regional sales strategy.
The achievement of volume and profitability targets within the given geographic area (Switzerland) by the maintenance and establishment of commercially successfully relationships with brokers, companies, major distributors and potential and actual clients.
Achieve maximum new business and retention of existing business to ensure sales targets are met and that Allianz Partners Health market profile & market share are improved.
Align sales strategy with Allianz Partners Switzerland and Allianz Suisse and interact with FinMA.
Key Responsibilities:
Will require travel to markets.
Regularily updating of the main business planning Tool SalesForce
Co-operating and exchange on a regular basis with Allianz Partners Colleagues from other business lines in the geographic region (Health Champions)
