About the role
This is a role for a true sales hunter. The successful candidate will own the number across Southeast Asia, build pipeline from the ground up, open new doors, and convert opportunities into revenue. We are looking for someone highly driven, resilient under pressure, sharp with sales figures, and excited to represent the strongest brand in production music globally.


What you will do

  • Own and deliver the sales target across Southeast Asia.
  • Build pipeline aggressively and consistently, with a strong focus on new business generation.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new revenue opportunities across markets and sectors in the region.
  • Lead client presentations, pitches, and commercial proposals with confidence and impact.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and sensitivity to sales performance metrics.
  • Operate with urgency and resilience in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Provide regular reporting, pipeline visibility, and market feedback to the Regional GM in Hong Kong.


What we are looking for

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with a strong track record in new business development.
  • Proven hunter mentality with the drive to chase, win, and close new business consistently.
  • Experience owning a territory, regional target, or commercial number with accountability for results.
  • Strong ability to build pipeline, generate leads, and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High commercial awareness and strong sensitivity to sales figures, conversion, and forecasting.
  • Fluent English plus one additional Southeast Asian language.
  • Willingness to learn a new industry quickly; music licensing experience is a strong plus but not required.
