About the Client

Our client is an international open banking software and service provider, building solutions that enable seamless financial connectivity across markets. The company is at a growth stage, actively expanding its product capabilities and market reach.

Your Role

The Sales Manager will take full ownership of the sales cycle for a new open banking product, driving deals from prospecting to close with a strong focus on results and revenue targets. We are looking for a senior, proactive closer with proven expertise in open banking (acquiring experience is a plus), who is persistent, entrepreneurial, and committed to winning deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing deals with clients in the open banking space.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and expand market presence in target segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and channels to accelerate product adoption and pipeline growth.

  • Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to provide market feedback and help shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales within fintech, payments, banking or open banking ecosystems.

  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Good understanding of financial products such as open banking, payment processing, acquiring or related infrastructure.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and take full ownership of results.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with senior-level decision-makers.
