Tasks

As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) at ECDB you play a pivotal role in our global growth strategy.
You are an experienced and self-driven sales professional, capable of negotiating autonomously and confidently at eye level with directors and VPs - including those from globally operating companies. Thanks to your strong organizational skills, you know what it takes to succeed in this role and can manage your daily responsibilities independently.

  • Work with the Chief Sales Officer at ECDB to further build up the new client pipeline
  • Your core responsibility is to acquire new clients, with an industry focus on Manufacturing/Retail, Agency/Consultancy, Tech/Software, Payments/Finance, and Logistics/Shipping verticals.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients to expand our lines of business
  • Own and manage your sales strategies and approach
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments (Data Team, Product Team, etc.)
  • Consistently go above and beyond to exceed both individual and team sales goals

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct sales experience
  • Proven new business sales acumen, ideally in SaaS, subscription-based models or market research tools.
  • University degree required
  • Strong energy, proactive mindset, and excellent sales skills — you inspire and motivate others
  • Competitive, high-energy attitude with the drive to exceed both personal and team quotas
  • A positive mindset and a passion for building something meaningful
  • Excited to be part of a rapidly growing global organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
