We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead the IoT Automation team across the Asia Pacific region, with a primary focus on Japan and Korea. The ideal candidate should have deep industry knowledge in Factory Automation and Power & Energy sectors, strong capabilities in both direct customer engagement and channel management, and the ability to collaborate with regional sales teams to drive business growth. Experience in the Japan market and proficiency in Japanese will be considered a strong advantage.

Lead business planning and execution for IoT Automation in the Asia Pacific region (with a focus on Japan and Korea), to achieve revenue and growth objectives
Build and manage regional sales teams, collaborating with field teams to execute strategic projects and drive market expansion
Identify and manage key enterprise accounts to foster long-term partnerships and drive solution adoption
Develop and manage regional channel partners including distributors, system integrators, and solution partners
Collaborate closely with product, technical, and marketing teams to enhance market competitiveness and brand presence
Monitor market trends and competition to provide strategic insights and adapt business direction accordingly
Minimum 7 years of experience in the automation industry, with strong exposure to factory automation and power & energy sectors
Proven track record in business development, solution selling, and project implementation
Experience in managing large accounts and building long-term client relationships
Solid knowledge of channel strategy, partner recruitment, and performance management
Strong team player with the ability to work independently and collaborate across international teams
Fluent in English; knowledge of the Japanese market and Japanese language proficiency is a strong plus
