- Drive new‑business acquisition from large corporates, multinational companies, and brokers, focusing on complex and high‑value opportunities.
- Leverage an established network of large corporate decision‑makers to identify opportunities in trade, receivables protection, and risk management.
- Sell solutions by diagnosing client needs, understanding supply chain and trade structures, and shaping value‑driven proposals.
- Lead end‑to‑end enterprise‑level negotiations, including with C‑suite stakeholders, procurement teams, and brokers.
- Develop strategic plans for large corporate prospecting and manage a high-quality pipeline aligned with annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with regional underwriting, risk, commercial, and product teams to craft bespoke solutions for complex accounts.
- Strengthen relationships with brokers to enhance lead flow and penetration into key industry sectors.
- Monitor market dynamics, client trends, and competitive developments to guide commercial strategy.
- Represent Coface at industry events, large corporate forums, and broker engagements to elevate brand presence
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or similar disciplines.
- 8–12 years of strong B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years engaging large corporates, MNCs, or institutional clients.
- Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles and closing large, complex deals.
- Strong existing network and relationships with large corporates is essential.
- Prior experience in trade credit insurance, financial services or commercial solutions will be a plus
- Strong understanding of trade.
- Proven strategic thinker with strong solution‑selling capabilities, a hunter mentality, and ability to operate independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English; Chinese language ability to speak with clients and stakeholders is an advantage.
