About the role
Four Seasons Spain Collection is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join the team.

Based at Madrid, the Senior Sales Manageris responsible fordriving revenue growth for Four Seasons Spain Collection,representingthe Madrid and Mallorca properties with a strategic focus on the North America and Canada markets. The role managesleisure,strengthens brand presence, and collaborates closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, while reporting to theDirector of Salesand Associate Director of Salesat each property.

What you will do

  • To implement all sales action plans related toUS&CanadaFIT leisure segmentand assigned geographical areas, in line with the approved Marketing Plan.

  • Toactivelycontributetotheachievementofdepartmentalgoalsandbudgetedrevenuetargets.

  • To proactivelysolicitleisure FIT business for rooms and related hotel services through direct sales activities targeting US-based&Canada based travel advisors, luxury consortia, and leisure partners.

  • TodesignandexecutestrategicsalesactionplansspecificallyfocusedontheUS&Canada FITleisuresegment

  • To closelymonitoraccount revenue and business production for US FIT leisure accounts, including travel advisors, consortia, luxury agencies, and key production partners.

  • Tomaximizeup-sellingandcross-sellingopportunitieswheneverpossible

  • Toattendrelevantwork-relatedfunctionsandpromotionalevents (e.gtradeshows) andactivelypromotehotelproductsandservices

  • To plan and conduct sales trips to major market areas, with prior approval from theDirector of Sales andAssociateDirector of Sales of both properties,visitexisting and potential accounts within assigned territories.

  • To report to theDirector of SalesandAssociate Director of Sales of both propertieson potential market and segment requiringadditionalsales coverage.

  • Toreviewdirectcompetitorsandconductongoingmarketandindustryresearch

  • Toworkcloselywithofficesupportstafftomaintainbothhoteldatabaseand Central InformationSysteminanefficientandaccuratemanner

  • Tocomplete andsubmitweeklyGolden S&C salescallreportsin atimelymanner

  • Toconducttelemarketingactivitiesandperformresearchusinginternet andinternalresourcestoidentify,qualify, anddevelopnewaccounts

  • Toproject aprofessionaland positiveimagewhenrepresentingboth hotelsatalltimes.

  • Tohostcorporatefamiliarizationtrips,conducthotel tours,attendtradeshows, salestrips, andwebinars, andprovidesupporttocolleaguesasrequired

  • To carry out any otherduties asassigned by theDirector of SalesandAssociateDirectors of Salesof both properties

  • Tomaintainahighlevelofmarketexposureforthehotelthroughdirectsalesefforts,telephone, email, andwrittencommunications

  • Tostrivetomeetandexceedsales targetsestablishedbytheDirectorofSalesandAssociate Director of Sales.

  • Tocarryoutday-to-daysalesactivitieswithintheUS&CanadaFITleisuremarketinaccordancewithestablishedpoliciesandprocedures

  • Todevelopnewaccountsbyanalyzingbusinesspotential,clientneeds, andpurchasingbehaviors

  • Toconductsiteinspectionsforprospective and existingclients

  • ToliaisewithallWorldwideSalesOffices(WSOs)togenerateandfollowuponpotentialsales leads.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, ora relatedfield.

  • Minimum2–5yearsofexperience in hotel sales,includingatleast1yearin a similarcapacityin aluxurybrand

  • A proactive andcustomer-orientedmindsetwithaproventrackrecordofachievingsales targets anddrivingrevenuegrowthin theluxuryhospitalitysector.

  • Strongcommunication,negotiation, and interpersonalskills

  • Strongorganizationaland time-managementcapabilitieswiththeabilitytoprioritiseandmanagemultipleaccounts in adetailedmanner

  • Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyiskey.

  • Fluency in English and Spanishrequired

  • Must hold a valid work authorization for Spain
