Ihre Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the European market, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and market penetration.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to commercial negotiation and contract closure.
• Leverage our existing contacts in OEMs and Tier 1s and further build relationships with key decision-makers.

• Identify new growth opportunities to expand COMPREDICT's footprint in the European market.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders – CEO, CRO, Product and Marketing teams – to develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies for targeted segments.
• Represent COMPREDICT at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to increase brand visibility and drive business opportunities.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for European clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Actively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and advocate for product enhancements or customizations as necessary.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying additional use cases and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Ihr Profil

• Required: experience in software sales and/or software-related professional services sales
• 5+ years of industry experience in automotive, manufacturing, or defense is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
• A proven track record of driving complex, consultative sales cycles and negotiating multi-year contracts with enterprise clients
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
• A bachelor's degree, preferably a master's, in business or engineering
• Fluency in German and English
• A valid work permit for Germany/the EU
