We are seeking a high-performing Data & Analytics Sales professional to drive revenue growth by helping clients unlock business value from data. This role focuses on selling analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, and insight-led solutions to senior business and technology stakeholders.

The ideal candidate understands how data and analytics translate into measurable business outcomes and can navigate complex, consultative sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth & Sales Execution
    • Own and grow a Data & Analytics sales pipeline across new and existing accounts.
    • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
    • Consistently meet or exceed revenue, pipeline, and margin targets.
  • Client Engagement & Advisory Selling
    • Engage with C-suite, business leaders, and senior technology stakeholders (CDO, CIO, CTO, Heads of Analytics).
    • Lead value-based conversations around:
      • Data modernization and cloud analytics
      • Advanced analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI
      • Business intelligence and decision support
      • Data governance, quality, and compliance
    • Translate client challenges into compelling analytics-led value propositions.
  • Solution Selling & Deal Shaping
    • Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to design scalable, outcome-driven solutions.
    • Shape multi-year, multi-service analytics deals including consulting, managed services, and platforms.
    • Develop business cases, ROI narratives, and executive presentations.
  • Account & Relationship Management
    • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across data, analytics, and adjacent digital services.
    • Maintain strong account plans aligned to client priorities.
  • Market & Industry Insight
    • Stay current on analytics, AI, cloud platforms, and industry trends.
    • Bring industry-specific insights (e.g., Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing).
    • Provide feedback to product and solution teams based on market demand.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
    • 8–15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a strong focus on Data & Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation.
    • Proven track record of selling complex, consultative solutions (typically $2M+ in gross sales / year).
    • Strong understanding of:
      • Data platforms (cloud, data lakes, warehouses)
      • BI, analytics, and AI/ML concepts
      • Analytics operating models and governance
    • Ability to articulate business value, not just technology.
    • Experience working with cross-functional delivery and technical teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience selling to at least two different industries (e.g., Banking &Financial Services, Manufacturing & Distribution, Retail CPG, Healthcare).
    • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Experience with analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau).
    • Prior experience in consulting or professional services environments.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $200K-$250K Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
