We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager Aftermarket based in Germany/EU to lead the strategy and execution of our aftermarket operations in the EMEA region. This individual will be responsible for growing revenue through the sale of aftermarket products and services such as spare parts, maintenance, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and extended warranties. This role requires a combination of strategic leadership, technical product knowledge, and hands-on sales experience.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive aftermarket sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer retention for process solutions brands in EMEA.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of aftermarket products and services for CPM Process Solutions across existing and new customer accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside and outside sales personnel.
  • Work cross-functionally with service, engineering, product management, and operations to develop competitive offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement and innovation in aftermarket offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors to ensure long-term success.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting for the aftermarket segment.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and deliver regular sales reports to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as a technical expert and thought leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on aftermarket.
  • In-depth knowledge of aftermarket sales strategies, service contracts, and lifecycle support solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performance teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales pipeline tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • German and English language skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50 % of the time.
